Gender & Finance recently participated in the European Financial Management Association (EFMA) Conference that took place on June 29 – July 02, 2022, in the beautiful Campus of Bio-Medico University in Rome, Italy.

Thanks to the conference organizers Prof. Gianluca Mattarocci (University of Rome Tor Vergata) and Prof. Roberto Guida (Campus Bio-Medico University), and Dr. John Doukas, the founding and managing editor of the European Financial Management (EFM) which is the journal of EFMA.

Identifying Gender Bias Towards CEOs with a Lab Experiment in a “Corporate governance” session chaired by Prof. Lorne Switzer (Concordia University).
